We believe advertising is crucial for organizations as it plays a vital role in building brand awareness and ensuring that potential customers recognize and remember the brand. Additionally, advertising allows them to reach new demographics and geographic areas, expanding their market presence. Organizations purchasing ads will be responsible for all design and editing of the ad space. VWA does not create advertisements or designs. First, please view the VWA Media Kit to learn more about our organization, marketing statistics, and contact information.
For inclusion in the digital concert programs, designs must be submitted as high-resolution CMYK PDF files with dimensions of 6.8” x 9.3”.
For publishing on official social media accounts, designs must be in an image file format with a minimum dimension of 2160 x 2160 pixels.
For publishing on the VWA website, designs must be in an image file format with a minimum dimension of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
All ad files must be emailed to marketing@vwa.band by 9:00 am on the specified due date. For more information, visit virginiawindsacademy.band/mediarelations or contact us via email at marketing@vwa.band.
Once you have completed the Advertising Request Form, scan and send the form to marketing@vwa.band. Reservation requests require the approval of VWA.
Upon approval, please make your payment via the Online Payment Portal. Payment must match the number you have indicated on the Advertising Request Form.
Please submit all artwork to marketing@vwa.band 9:00 a.m. by its respective deadline.
